They went out of their way to accommodate our dinner reservations, and the valet service was both reasonable and extremely helpful, especially since parking nearby is not possible. "Best view in town - right on the water. We stayed in the Alfeo apartment with our 2 kids and we loved it. Large apartment and the view was magical. At night you can hear the party boats and some voices from below but they eventually move on - not a big deal.

The parking was easily accessible even though one needs to drive around the block to get there, but it’s just behind the hotel - very convenient. The breakfast was excellent and again served very attentively in the same space that, at night, is used for the Onda Blu high level fish-focused restaurant (10% off too as hotel clients). Don’t be fooled by the “fish market” designation on Google Maps...

"Stayed for 2 nights. Rooms are clean and spacious. Parking lot is small but closed inside gated place. Excellent communication with very friendly staff. Easy check in/out. Place is part of/next to archaeological site & walking distance to theater. Took taxi (called by staff) to Ortigia (4 adults less than 20 Euros). Worth the visit! "
"This property has it all! Parking, although not free, was close by and safe. The rooftop terrace we enjoyed immensely and the room was very nice. The island is loaded with restaurants and shopping, everything is within a short walk and very safe. We also enjoyed a boat trip around the island. Havde booket et single værelse og det var dejligt stort. Højt til loftet. God aircondition. Der er sågar make-up lys på badeværelset!
