"The villa is pretty, the room was large and elegant, and the immediate surroundings is lush and well maintained. There were two issues, though. First, once out of the villa the neighborhood is a busy and noisy commercial strip with endless traffic and no sidewalks. Second was the breakfast. "The reception was helpful and very attentive. The room was large and nice. However, breakfast was so unpleasant. The room was overcrowded, there was one guy trying to clean the tables and help. Obviously he was overwhelmed. To be honest, it felt like a zoo. We couldn’t find a table to sit. No spoons. The entire experience was traumatic. If you have that amount of people reaching breakfast at the same time, you should have 5 waiters attending. It wasn’t a relaxed nice breakfast."

"We had booked a superior room but were assigned to a room in an outbuilding that didn’t have an elevator. The room and bathroom were plenty large but without a balcony and a window that faced into another building. The staff very kindly changed rooms for us."

"This was a beautiful hotel with gorgeous landscaping and outdoor seating areas. Breakfast was delicious. The dining patio, looking out at the lit up temple was magic. The pool was lovely although chilly and the rooms had every amenity, even a Dyson hair dryer. We wish we had had an extra day to enjoy the hotel."
