"Hotel muito bem localizado, na entrada do centro histórico de Sirmione, com estacionamento no local (ainda fora da zona ZTL, o que facilita muito para quem está de carro). Atendimento de alta qualidade, as 2 recepcionistas que nos atenderam foram extremamente atenciosas, nos deram boas dicas sobre o lago de garda e ficaram a disposição para o que precisássemos. Quarto muito confortável, tudo novo, moderno e automatizado."

"We checked in for two nights in the junior room, facing the lake. The colors used in the hotel is very calming. And i had birthday welcoming juice in the room for my Birthday. The staff are very helpful and nice. Room was clean and nice. Beware it has open bathroom layout. Balcony is very small but having the view of the lake in front of your sight from the bed is worth it. Unfortunately since the cant turn the air conditioner due to the local city laws, we had to open the windows and mosquitos...

"Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zimmer sauber und modern eingerichtet. Alle sind sehr nett. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die beiden Schwestern die das Hotel betreiben wenn wir das richtig verstanden haben. Sehr herzlicher Umgang und immer sehr hilfsbereit. Einfach sehr angenehm. "

"Nice breakfast with gluten free options. Unfortunately, the check in was terrible. Guy at the reception was unpleasant and ignorant. Despite my querries the day before our arrival, nobody from the hotel ever replied. Let alone told us there is no transfer after 10pm and that due to restricted parking one has to walk the bags about a kilometre from the car to the hotel. Not fun when it is late. One is tired and let alone has forgotten something in the car.. Fortunately, lovely lady at the...

"I had a deluxe balcony room. It’s says queen bed. It was 2 singles pushed together with 2 single comforters. Hated it. No coffee or tea in room. No mini bar Hated the shower you had to climb in bathtub to shower. The shower was on the side of the bathtub. Horrible shower doors Breakfast was ok if you got there ay 8am. If you got there at 9 am most things had gone or were cold. Not one of my favorite stays"

"Room was spotless and there was a lovely Valentine’s day set up when we arrived. Location is convent to downtown and bus stops. "

"Hotellin sijainti lähellä Sirmionen vanhaa keskustaa ja linnaa. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Hyvä aamupala. Mutta huone oli epäsiisti, kulunut ja nuhjuinen. Lisäksi löytyi hyönteisten raatoja sekä muutama elävä toukka. Vahvasti epäilemme hotellissa olevan lutikkaongelmaa."
