"Fantastic rooms with balconies overlooking the main street in Palermo. The room and facilites were very clean, coffee, tea and pastries offered complimentry in a communal area. If driving into the city a permit is required for the ZTL Zone, this was arranged free of charge by the hotel. Street parking in blue bays only €1 per hour, free 8pm - 8am and free 2pm - 4pm if a parking spot is available, we got lucky and parked directly below the property for 3 days. "This B&B was absolutely wonderful! Daniella great us upon check in, and sat down with us to explain the areas around the B&B, and show us the high points of what not to miss, since it was our first trip to Palermo. "We arrived at 930 pm down a very narrow city road and saw an imposing old door as our arrival point. We sent a text to the hotel to say we were outside and Francisco joined momentarily. Once we got into the building - a renovated palace and shown to our room any fears we may have had were quickly dismissed. The room was spacious and the bathroom and shower were magnificent Francisco and Giorgio were great hosts"

"Don’t be fooled by the old industrial entrance door disguising this peaceful minimalist design hotel. My friend and I spent 3 nights and this stay in Palermo was the highlight of our 9 day Sicily trip. The staff made us feel so welcome at every encounter, making dinner reservations, highlighting spots in the City and being so accommodating.
