"We had an amazing stay here. We were greeted at the entrance by Emiliano who grabbed our bags and brought them upstairs. Barbara was very friendly and accommodating, making sure our stay was going to be top notch and also making recommendations for places to eat in the area (which were all great). My friend and I spent 3 nights and this stay in Palermo was the highlight of our 9 day Sicily trip.
