The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

Whoever did the modernising was not a perfectionist in terms of finish! But everything worked well and we enjoyed it enormously.
