"I stayed at the AC Marriott three nights ago and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is very modern, stylish, and beautifully designed. My room was excellent — very clean, comfortable, and with a fresh new-style interior that made the stay even more enjoyable. We also used the underground parking, which was very convenient, secure, and well organised. Overall, everything was great and I would happily stay there again."

"Very close to everything, nice area. Expedia listed the property with having an elevator, which it did not have . We are 3 seniors on our late 60’s carrying our own luggages, we are traveling for a month, and no having an elevator was terrible"

"Couldn't check in they sent us to another property. They didn't cover the taxi drive which dropped us off 2 blocks away. As 70 year olds not an easy trek to lug suitcases across cobblestone streets and steps. Also the hotel they sent us to, hotel experion, had much nicer staff but they tried to put us in a room that was not what we booked thru hotel.com. They gave us another room that was noisy and then had no water because of a flood in another floor. It was very exhausting and inconvenient!"

"Impressive hotel with Scandinavian nods throughout. Upon arrival Joanna was absolutely amazing. She made us for super welcome and explained everything in detail. The room was perfect, uber cool, clean, with everything you require. Joanna gave us recommendations for food and drink and they didn’t disappoint. Breakfast, amazing, huge amounts of choice and fresh. Location is awesome. No need to worry about a thing."

"Really Lovely hotel, one of the oldest in Krakow. It was just on the edge of the square but close to everything. Loads of places to eat around. Bed was lovely & comfy, kettle & mini bar in the room. Gorgeous breakfast it certainly did not disappoint us. Our first visit to Krakow but we will be back. "
