"The property is beautiful. Our room was lovely—very clean and comfortable. The seating in our room was perfect for reading, and the balcony an extra treat. Allen was so gracious and helpful. The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs. Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy. "Very noisy air conditioner. Called maintenance and cannot be fixed?! General conditions of the hallways were dusty and full of litter. Housekeeping leaves piles and piles of sheets and linens in the hallways for most of the day. No doormen around to assist with bags. No more Crown Plaza hotels!"

"I didn’t like that my family and I was inconvenienced because we were locked out of our room because the battery died so it couldn’t read our card to enter the too sober were locked out until 2 am when the locksmith came.They put us in another room but all our stuff was in the other room everything.I will never ever visit a Holiday Inn ever again"

"The room was scary. Toilet kept running. Bathroom door was broken. The water wouldn’t cut off in the tub. The whole hotel smells like smoke. Graffiti written on the headboard and mold on the chair. Wouldn’t recommend. The staff was nice though."
