"The woman at the desk was welcoming. And engaging as if to put me at ease or just to make me feel at home. Very pleasant. I liked that she inquired if I had a floor preference. And she placed me away from the others to ensure less disturbance from guest. The room was nice and clean. This was a pleasant and peaceful stay."

"Friendly staff members, easy check-in. The room was very clean. My room did not have a microwave but I didn't need it anyways. It had a little fridge tho. I asked for a later check-out and the lady at the front desk was very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Louisville. I know I would stay here again."

"Great location, decent room and breakfast.
Stayed two nights for a convention at the expo center. Easy to get to. Breakfast was MUCH better on Friday morning than Saturday. I wonder why?
More choices and variety the first day.
Easy and convenient and reasonably priced. Bonus was on site Tesla charger. "
