"The property is beautiful. Our room was lovely—very clean and comfortable. The seating in our room was perfect for reading, and the balcony an extra treat. Allen was so gracious and helpful. The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs. Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy. "I really liked staying here. Even with the airport so close the sound did not bother us at all. It was close to the Expo Center where I was volunteering. The staff were great and very helpful. It was nice to get a wave and smile each morning when I left for the day. I will stay here again in the future."

"We paid $16 for a supposedly buffet breakfast that included fake eggs, bisquits and gravy. No pancakes, waffles, fruit, yogurt, etc. Also the restaurant wasn't that great. No room service. Good was on but mostly salty. Wouldn't stay here again."

I had to go over my daughter room next-door with five people and then they have five people in their room so the bathroom always stay busy. I talk to the staff Friday night and told them about the door was off. She said she’ll since someone up no one came.Saturday morning at 7 o’clock. I went downstairs. The second staff told me the same thing and she wrote up a work order...
