"El concepto de las bebidas de cortesía, súper bien"

"Great location, cute little boutique hotel, everything brand new. Nice rooftop bar as well as a separate martini bar on the second floor. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good choice of place to stay in central Roma district."

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is conveniently located near the Ángel de la Independencia, with plenty of food options nearby. We felt safe and secure throughout our stay. The room was incredibly spacious and had everything we needed, including great water pressure, a very comfortable bed, and all the necessary shower amenities. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Special shout-out to Aldo for his courtesy and help with luggage storage and getting us into our Uber at checkout. Highly...

"Amazing rooms, nice area, no heavy traffic close enough to walk to all the local areas !"

"Loved my stay here. Felt like I was in a studio apartment. The only thing is that you will hear the hustle and bustle of the streets starting at like 5am. Got used to it after day 2 though."

"Fantastic spot in the middle of Roma Norte. Central to hundreds of shops and restaurants, and walking distance to other cool neighborhoods. Room was very clean and safe, staff was great, and it was easy to get a ride anywhere else in CDMX. Restaurants as well as street for for every meal was great. Great job Hotel Parian! Special thanks to staff: Oscar, Mariana, and Maria."

"The location was really nice and the listing was accurate. However the receptionist working in the morning was quite rude and we were not allowed to leave our bags in the lobby during check-in or check-out despite this being mentioned in the listing. The staff were not helpful at all and simply told us to figure it out ourselves. Overall the place was nice but the lack of assistance and inconsistency with the listing made the experience less enjoyable."

"Comfortable, clean professional and hospitable staff Close proximity to restaurants"

"Hotel Casa Izel is a very nice hotel in a good location. It is close to great restaurants in the Roma Norte area. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. An excellent breakfast in the rooftop restaurant was included."

"Great location , clean room. I will not call this property a hotel, it is more a bed and breakfast. The rate included breakfast, but only ate one day as it was not that great. Had to call front desk for towels since only one was in the bathroom and we were 2 travelers. For what we paid was expecting a boutique feel, not what we got."

"The house is amazing, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The only thing is that (as is the problem with many properties in Mexico City due to sinking) the floor in our room is not level which took some getting used to but in the and was fine. Also the housekekeper kept moving things back when I moved them to make it more convenient for me - annoying but a small issue. We felt very safe, they have a 24hour doorman who lets you in and out, even offers you an umbrella if it looks like...

"Very nice staff"

"Clean room and good breakfast. Difficulty comunicating with the hotel staff."
