"Bathroom shower unit were rusted, sinking plumbing functional but pipes fallen apart and old, dirt along the entire bathroom baseboard, shower curtains dirty or really old-stained. The bedroom area lighting was so dark we dare not disrobe to sleep in the bed. There was “no signal” or remote device for the tv. No one never answered room service. The seating sofa had dirty or permanently stained fabric. The smell of the room was old and musty as was it from the moment we entered the hotel. ...

"The room was decent, good for the price, above average overall. The room was basically good, bathroom very clean, but the corners were a little run down, but not nasty. Air conditioner struggled, but worked and it was quiet and safe. The woman working the desk was incredibly helpful and very nice."

She was very kind to us, when my boyfriend and I went down there to mention about the toilet not flushing she gave us another room and not just any room a suit which she didn't have to do but she did it anyway and that was so sweet of her. "The property was extremely clean and taken care of. The only pleasant employees we came across was a pool bartender guy and front desk guy. Everyone else seemed like they did not enjoy being there and did the bare minimum for working in hospitality to try and help us. Food was ok at best. Casino dealers were lacking a personality which made the gambling experience not that fun. Very strict alcohol policy - no drinking on the casino floor and all alcohol drinks have to be paid for. "Nothing personal against the staff, but this place was sub-par even by La Quinta standards. Stayed four nights and no one ever came to empty the trash or replenish our towels. The hotel wasn’t terribly filthy, but there were stains in the shower and on the carpet. The beds were reasonably comfortable and the a/c worked pretty well. "I reserved the hotel room for 3 nights,3 months prior to the event that was scheduled. I found out I was going to arrive late to the hotel, so I called and let them know 1 month prior that I would arrive late. I again due to work load I was going to arrive even later so I called 1 week prior to my reservation letting them know I would arrive around 2 or 3 am, 1 day prior to my arrival date I gave a courtesy call reminding them I would be arriving by 3 am.
