"This hotel is in the middle of everything. No need to rent a car. You can walk to some great restaurants and shops. There is a lot of history nearby and the Fort at Old San Juan is only 15 minutes away on foot. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and air conditioned. Would have been nice if our room had a window, but that was no big deal. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. They held our luggage after we checked out at 11am so we could explore the area before we left...
"Very unique architecture. Everything was beautiful. We loved the aesthetics. Very quiet on the balcony or the rooftop. Food was beyond excellent. Very delicious meals on the rooftop by the chef. Also the bartender made amazing food and cocktails. We couldn't have had a better time."

Also it would have been nice to have some complimentary bottled water. The sink was also way too small. So it was a room good enough to sleep in but not necessary one comfortable enough to relax in.
