It was a wonderful hotel, I enjoyed my stay there. I only Give it 4 stars due to finding the lobby was complicated. It’s located on the 3rd level and was difficult to find until other guests let me in. The pillows were nice but a bit to airy / flat. Overall, staff / cleanliness was superb

We stayed for two nights to go to a wedding. The day of check-in it was a madhouse with all of the guests and only two employees working the desk. Hyatt Regency Cincinnati
Hotel was good. We stayed on the 20th floor which the view was amazing. Bed very comfortable. The only downside was check-in took long. Was supposed to be at 4.00pm But are room wasn’t available till 5:30pm.
