"I thought my stay was great! The hospitality was amazing. I had a suite and it was super spacious! I would honestly recommend spending a couple of extra bucks to upgrade to a suite. Our fridge in the room wasn’t functioning, but the front desk sent maintenance and they brought us up a whole new fridge! Very impressed by the customer service:) will definitely be staying here agin if I’m ever in the Fort Worth area!"

"Front counter person was great. She’s like 19-years old, I didn’t get her name. She was very friendly and caring. I sat in the lobby sadly, and she brought me a cup of ice water. She said ‘if you need anything let me know’. She was there to do her job but she went beyond her job of duty to help me. The rooms were very cleaned. I will stay there again. "
