"Poca limpieza tengo fotos y videos de las cucarachas hasta por el área de la piscina, al parecer como habían pocos huéspedes no había muchos trabajadores y estaba mal atendido el hotel, tuve una irritación en los ojos por el agua de la piscina en resumen muy mala relación calidad-precio no se lo recomiendo a nadie muy mala estancia a tal punto que el check out era a las 11 am y lo hicimos a las 7 am"

"Expérience très décevante dans cet hôtel. Tout d’abord, la télévision dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. En pleine période de chaleur, il était également impossible d’avoir de l’eau froide : seule de l’eau chaude était disponible pour se laver, ce qui était très inconfortable. Concernant les produits vendus sur place, les chocolats étaient tous fondus. Ils sont pourtant proposés à des prix élevés (par exemple 5 dollars, ou encore 2,50 dollars pour une barre chocolatée), mais ils ne sont pas...

"All the staff were lovely, breakfast was plentiful and our stay overall was great. We loved the pool and the Fifa decorations! As a family of 4 we only had 2 sets of towels in our suite and we were missing all bedding and pillows for the sofa bed. That said, staff provided what we needed immediately upon request and we were more than happy with that."

"The room was clean but the hotel sheets were had stains on them. We had to ask for room service we were there a week and seemed they only service the rooms of people checking out. Our room door handle started coming off from outside on our 3 day . The breakfast was ok not a lot options. The kids loved the pool but they run out of of pool towels and don’t restock then you have to use the room towels but to even get new ones you have to bring the used towels to the front first."
