"That was the worse possible place to stay. A young female Mexican tourist came on my last day asking about the place and through Google Translate I warned her it was equivalent to a Crack House. No water, no air conditioning, no security, no lights, no electricity. Mattresses looked like crime scenes. It was horrible."

"I've been staying at Relax Inn on and off for well over 8 years. All the rooms I've been in have been super clean, they've even upgraded the rooms over the years (new flooring/furnature etc). The staff has always been super friendly with me, often accommodating early check-ins or my request for preferred rooms. From Santa Monica to DTLA, the location is perfect for anything relevant in most of LA. For the superb location of the place alone, their prices are incredibly cheap. I'll add, some of...

"Our employee stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The room had a strong unpleasant odor, and the overall cleanliness was far below an acceptable standard. The smell was difficult to tolerate and made the stay extremely uncomfortable. Based on this experience, this is not a hotel we would ever choose again. It left such a poor impression that we would not recommend it to others."

"This motel was bare bones. No blanket on the bed, just a thin dingy sheet with a thin bed spread that had cigarette burns. Hate to know when the last time it was washed. What towels there were (no wash clothes), were also thin and dingy. Toilet was clogged, floor was not very clean. There was trash scattered around property."

"No bathroom light in room 6, for the men’s. Loose floor tile in front of sink in the men’s bathroom. Half ass cleaning job. No anonymity whatsoever. Staff talk to you any kind of way they one. No parking on site, that sucks. They will throw away ur food if it doesn’t have ur name on it. And there’s no pots or pans on site to cook with."

"I’m a disabled veteran and the staff were totally unhelpful. The entire place smelled of urine and cannabis. The place is a dormitory which the ad doesn’t mention. Of at least 30+ people one of the two bathrooms was closed. No wi-fi and washer/dryer is only for staff use. The place is horrible."
