We were extremely disappointed with this hotel. Starting from charing guests to check in early--the room is ready where does the cost come from? Then when we went down to the pool, we found the hot tub drained and out of service with unattractive caution tape and cones around it. No where on the site does it say the hot tub was temporarily closed and we wouldn't have stayed there had we known. Also no where was it stated that you have to call if you want your room cleaned and even after I did call we did not get our room cleaned for two days. There was a sign in the bathroom that I'm used to about reusing towels which is fine but that sort of suggests room cleaning doesn't it? Our room had a view of the ugly roof of a meeting room. There was no way to get from the pool back to the hotel without going through the parking lot and then the main doors and then lobby. When I asked about a locked door that would have been more convenient for guests I was told it was "usually unlocked" but it was never unlocked during our stay and there was no guest card key option to unlock it. The lobby staff seemed really uninterested in helping guests. The one bright spot was the staff working the breakfast. They were very attentive and kind. But $25 each for a breakfast buffet that was no better than what most hotels have for free is pretty ridiculous. And the hotel offers no free coffee for guests who don't buy breakfast. I will not be staying here again.
