"The front desk guy (Asian) didn't seem to be happy to help the clients, and his face was not showing welcoming. We did like him at all."

"The elevator is broken. We walk up/down by using stair. Empty kitchen even though there is stove and microwave(There is no silverwear/pot,pan, bowls). Cleanliness is okay. We found litle croaches running around. AC is good. "

"I didn't have high expectations for this place because I needed somewhere last minute to stay. I genuinely happy with staying here and would come again if I needed a last minute booking. Very convenient location!"

"Foul oders everywhere, changed rooms due to stains on the bed, second room had holes in the comforter. Not much effort put forward to maintenance. Side entrance doors didnt work. "

"AC was lacking. no insulation between rooms - you could hear a whisper-quiet convo next door. Barking dogs all night, the whole place reeked of weed, shower door falling off its hinge, TV didn't work, beds were rough...overall it's definitely in the top 5 worst hotel/motel experiences I've ever had."

"The staff were quite nice, but the dirty bedsheets made me feel very uncomfortable; however, as soon as I mentioned it to the front desk, they switched my room."

"Rude staff. Kept giving me the runaround. Then made me send him my id which I think was sketchy but my room was no refundable so I felt obligated or lose my money. Wouldn’t take the temporary id that the state gave me until my renewal arrived. Put me at the very end which I felt was on purpose after he gave me such a hard time. "
