"At first glance, the hotel is modern and newer. Once I got to the room, I was not satisfied with the dirty surfaces. The kitchen sink had grime around the faucet and drain area. The bathroom door looked very dirty and did not get wiped. There was a smear of fresh looking makeup on there. The bathroom door and ceiling paint is peeling already. Poor obvious spackling on ceiling with paint not matching and sanding not done. The shower floor and shelves were dirty with black dirt and fuzz residue....

"Nice little gem of a property right off of the highway. The hotel is laid out well with a large, well lit parking lot directly in the center of the building The room was very clean and the overall condition of the property was great. Sadly, many highway convenient hotels are in poor condition with outdated amenities and unclean rooms. The Palace Inn is bucking that trend. Stay here with confidence."

"Our room was #104 near the stairs. We could not sleep as the noise coming from the stairway was extremely loud all hours of the night. This may be a constant issue because our room had noise cancellation ear plugs and a white noise machine. This particular room should come with a warning and a discount for the inconvenience. Not a good experience. "

"It was convenient to the airport, but it was not a nice stay. Couldnt get our door open, there were no pillowcases, and the sheets did not smell clean. The guy working was wonderful and tried his best to make it right but it was too far gone."
