"4/5 stars. I was thankful for an early check in after a long flight. The staff was very accommodating and helpful with any/all questions. The staff ensured we had the pack n play for our 1 y/o which was nice. Breakfast was pretty good, your average hotel breakfast. Room was comfortable, darkening shades were helpful for naps for our little one. Super convenient to various locations around the area. Would stay again"

"The parking lot was "secured", lie. No gates, literally broken off and missing. Yet I was charged almost 300 EXTRA for this feature. Parking lot filthy, windows you couldn't see out of. Pool filled with bandaids and other human detritus. Black mold and muck on the pool stairs. In 7 days not once was it cleaned by staff. One broken elevator, which really was an inconvenience being on the 9th floor. Upon entry.....Room was not vacuumed, dirt swept behind doors. Bathroom also dirty. I did ask...

"The bathtub was not draining, so I contacted the front desk. The lady there advised me to be patient until tomorrow morning when a maintenance guy would be available. They couldn’t even offer an alternative solution, like moving us to another room or providing compensation. Finally, a maintenance guy arrived a few hours later and fixed the problem. He did a great job. On the other downside, there were also a few minor malformations in the room."

"Had a brief but wonderful stay at Populus. Steps (or a 15min walk) away from all the great Seattle spots. "Great hotel with great staff"

"Noisy at night, hard to sleep. The room above us flooded and water was dripping in our room and coming out of the light fixtures. We were forced to leave our room at 3am. We were told that they were at 94% full and that they couldn’t give us a new room and force my family and I and my 1 year old baby to leave. Staff was young and didn’t know how to handle the situation and only said sorry for kicking my family out at 3am. While my family and I were visiting from out of town from Az 1400 miles...
