"The AC did not work. It was 78 degrees in our room. We called to let them know and see if we could switch to another room or two rooms if another suite was not available, but they never found anything. No one slept well. Then the breakfast was not available until 7:30 on the weekend. We had to leave at 7, so we did not get breakfast. When you pay nearly $500 for a room, you expect AC and breakfast."

"No AC in community areas, pool/spa was broken and disgusting. Elevator only worked half the time, our keys kept shutting down, couldn’t get fresh towels and we were there for 4 days. Garbages never got emptied and never replaced dirty cups in room… halls smelt like Marijuana and HOT. Just an overall bad experience."

"Our room smelled like sewage because of the drain in the bathroom. Had to keep the bathroom door closed because the room smelled so bad. But going into the bathroom to use it was equally as awful nobody wants to take a shower with that smell. The pullout bed was FILTHY there were crumbs and such all in the sheets. The sheets and towels also had stains. It would be nice to have updated tvs and maybe a bit bigger I mean the hotel makes alot of money. It was ok.. not sure if I’d stay again."

"The bed was quite comfortable. The HVAC was easy to operate and I liked the constant fan option. We were only staying one night, but the room was quite spacious. I would highly recommend this property."

"The staff was efficient and accommodating. We had some trouble with our TV and someone was up in our room taking care of the problem almost immediately. Also, I was staying overnight for a follow up post surgery visit. My appointment was not until 2 PM and they let me have a late check out time of 1 PM so me and my 83-year-old husband were not “homeless’ for three hours. Deeply appreciated."

"I did not expect the status I saw this time at all no help at all as no staff available to give a hand We have to bring our luggage in the hotel and inside the hotel same to bring down and take to car ourselves Food in bfst quite poor also but may be this is the standard for such hotels nowadays"

"No ac, and the fire alarms going off. The front desk did say they would not charge us for the 6 days we had reserved. One night we had to find another hotel and after the 3rd night we checked out and went to a 3rd hotel but the manager is refusing to answer when Expedia calls to confirm that there were issues. I even tried to call and was put on hold. After 30 mins, no one ever returned to the call."
