"The hotel was decent. We booked the hotel to be close to the hospital. There were areas in the room and the bathroom that were still dirty. During our stay at the hotel our vehicles were broken into with very minimal assistance from the hotel regarding the matter "

"Had to cancel the day of due to the staffs rudeness from the moment we walked in . The state of the hotel at the the outside of the hotel and the lobby was not like in the pictures."

"The staff was excellent in the front and they approved my reservation on Expedia to be canceled as I needed. I had reserved a week out and I needed the room the moment I was there in the front. The manager booked the reservation for me that night and I had somewhere to stay without getting double booked. I will continue to stay here every weekend I come to San Antonio, Texas! "

"Staff was welcoming, friendly and kind from reception to janitorial. Allowed us late check out due to daughter’s medical procedure. Dog friendly really meant dog friendly at this hotel. We are grateful! "
