"Very very bad experience here. Rooms and hotel are very dirty and really old. The keys to rooms don’t work! They don’t inform you about the breakfast hours. They also charge you for laundry machines that don’t work. Parking is very packed. Very dirty pool. They also don’t provide you any toiletry in rooms. Very very dirty and unhygienic hotel of holiday inn I have ever seen. Do not recommend this hotel at all. Please save yourself some time and peace by not booking this hotel."

"This was our 2nd time staying and it was even better than the last. The room was very clean, nicely updated, and super comfy. The morning coffee was a hit as well. We come to SA often so this is going to be our first choice for stays. We had been on a road trip for 6 days and this was our final stop. Literally the best place we stayed."

"Definitely feel like the photos catfish. Upon entering the lobby the whole place stinks like wetness. They had fans on the carpet towels on the floor of the ice maker. Our room smelled like mold I found a huge roach dead sitting in the room. The mattress under the covers are stained the bathroom is tiny. None of the outlets work. They are all loose I could barely charge my phone. The cords kept slipping off. I tried the usb connections and the regular plug ins and they all kept...

"Bathrooms were clean and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were hooks to hang the wet towels and plenty of space to place all my bags without having to put them on the floor. Felt safe with the gated parking and front doors lock after hours with key access only. Nothing was broken in the room and the beds were extremely comfortable with firm and soft pillow options. Breakfast was good with a lot of options and the flavor of the coffee hit the spot. I will be staying here...
