Our room was not ready until 10 minutes of five which did not even allow us to get showered. We literally had to quick cleanup, fix the hair, fix the makeup and throw on our clothes. "Requested a non smoking room. Room had a strong smoke odor. Stayed in the jacuzzi tub king room. THE FLOORS WERE atrocious. Walk around and your feet turn black automatically. Definitely need to take a mop to the floors. Pillows lumpy and bed was hard as a rock. Only good thing was the shower pressure however the shower curtain had mold at the bottom. "It looked like the room hadnt been cleaned. There were stains behind the toilet and in the shower. Hair was coming out of the drain and sink was grimy. Eveything else was pretty average otherwise, just felt unlclean, even in places like the elevator or hallway."

"The front desk staff were friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, they did not have support staff on duty. Our bathroom and the bathroom of our friends were clogged. There was no one on duty to help. The front desk offered a plunger and towels to deal with overflow for ourselves. Thankfully, they were able to give us another room. Our friends, however, got a knock on the door at 5am when the handyman showed up to unclog the toilet. "
