"Lied to about availability of the pool when I phoned to ask about the pool hours before check in. They denied it would be closed for the entire stay when directly asked. Closed the whole time. Housekeeping couldn’t have slammed the door to the room next door more times early in the morning if they’d tried. So annoying. "The place stinks,they don’t give you towels when you ask for more they only put like 5 towels in the pool area and when you are in the lobby or anywhere else in the place they stare and you and don’t speak when spoken too this was a one time for us never again."

"Our room wasn’t ready.. we requested early check in for 3… they knew we were traveling from a distance for a 70th surprise party and our ride was picking us up at 5:30. Our room was not ready until 10 minutes of five which did not even allow us to get showered. We literally had to quick cleanup, fix the hair, fix the makeup and throw on our clothes. "To my surprise- I was so pleased to see the upgraded results of this hotel, since my first visit that was majorly disappointing and utterly shocking.! Hint: A Scene from the hotel in the bad section of ( Breaking Bad ) a T.V. Series. Since then, there’s been plenty of good solid changes, to making the experience better for the guest. "Clean, quiet,comfortable, good breakfast."

"I was pleasantly impressed. Rooms were clean and plenty of room for our travels. Pool was nice however it was just a bit too hot in the room! Breakfast had choices for once! Hotel was very booked as there was a soccer tournament and engineer conference going on that weekend so it was hard to find a seat at breakfast and we had to wait short time for refills but considering the over all was a good experience. "

"A “you get what you pay for” situation. The surrounding area is awesome. There’s a Wegmans! Plenty of dining options, playgrounds, and Diggerland/Sahara Sam’s. The hotel is ehhhh, definitely old and run down. Breakfast is coffee and maybe food. I went down at 8:50 and everything was gone. It’s just a place to flop. Beds are comfortable enough and the usual cable channels. It served its purpose "

"Garbage, filthy, rooms smell and are likely not clean. Some type of renovation going on in the lobby. The whole building should be condensed and demolished. If I could give no stars I would. Front desk told me they couldn’t give me more than 1 extra packet of creamer. The place is giving hostel, no exaggeration. Can not believe I paid almost $200 to stay there. "
