"The bed mattress was horrible! Hard to get e restful sleep when the mattress is hard like a rock!"

"Clean"

"Breakfast was weak"

"I would definitely stay here again. I had an event close to the areas why I chose this hotel. I’ve never stayed at the best Western before, but after this trip, I would do it again. Upon arrival, Quisha.(Keisha) greeted me with such professionalism and courtesy that I had an experience in a very long time. She was ending a phone call at the front desk and I actually complimented on how well she handled the guest. I knew I had chosen the right hotel. I’m usually a 4.7 and above at choosing...

"We were able to get an early check in even though they were slammed and the staff were friendly and gracious!"

"Rooms are okay, windows are outdated single-pane glass and all you hear is the traffic on the surrounding highways. Pillows suck! Carpet should be replaced in the rooms with wood plank tile."

"There was a strong egg like smell in the facility which made it hard for me to breathe properly but aside that I enjoyed my stay"

"Location is great. 20 minutes to Ben Franklin Bridge for a 10k run and Walmart, Barnes & Noble, food all nearby. Excellent breakfast. 24 hr coffee. Big room, real desk, sleeper couch, fridge, m-wave, coffee brew, nice TV, and usb ports galore. I'll stay here for the next run."

"Perfect for one night and the shuttle to the airport was very convenient"

"Front desk was great. Reservation had no problems. Delighted you have ESPN —I’m a huge Chicago Bears fan and didn’t want to miss the game. First thing i checked on was the TV working properly. Happy to say yes it was, and the Bears won big time. The bed was very comfortable. Overall the stay was short but satisfying. Thank you ( and Go Bears)!!"

"We flew internationally to Philadelphia from Milan and with no connecting flights home that day. Having the hotel, literally, connected to the airport. We were cheerfully greeted, and quickly checked in, even offered bottled water-it's the small things. They even provide a shuttle to your airline in the morning. A great experience."

"It was our first time staying here! We loved it! Felt like more of a home than a hotel and we had a ton of space in our room! Microwave with mini fridge is amazing so we could enjoy meals we had more than once! Loved the location and we had a wonderful time! Staff was quick at responding when we had questions! Thank you!"
