"Helpful at the desk"

"This is a fantastic hotel considering the location. Seems like it belonged downtown in a big city. Was pretty blown away to find what was basically a full kitchen. Bed and other furniture was very comfortable. Air conditioning worked incredibly well. VERY clean. My only gripe was the rude service we received at check-in. "I was very disappointed with my stay. When I arrived, the room had not been cleaned properly. There was a blood stain on one pillowcase and another unknown stain on a second pillowcase, which was unacceptable. The room also smelled like old cigarette smoke, making it very unpleasant.
