"not a good stay The room were dirty with unpleasant odors. and the beddings were disappointing. there were merely a very thin blankets with no extra covers available won't choose your hotel again and will warm all my friends to avoid it"

"I gave 3 stars for amenities. They have a great gym and a very nice pool. The pool was closed for maintenance the entire week From what I understand they couldn’t get the chemical levels right. Disappointing for me as the pool was one of deciding factors on booking this hotel. The staff is super nice and accommodating, the breakfast selection is very good and the lady is constantly restocking everything. I would definitely stay here again but I will make sure the pool is in working condition."

"The Hotel itself was not as depicted in the online photos, both indoor and outdoor were very unappealing. I booked the King Suite with jetted hot tub. During check in the staff were very condescending and rude as well as unhelpful. The walk to the room was very eye opening. Trash bins in the hall full of garbage. The reek of marijuana and the stench of mildew"

"Radisson has the most helpful staff - nand at the front desk, attul and co in housekeeping, we're very helpful. New flooring helps. Watchout for ultra thin walls though..."

"The room was not what we expected. The beds were hard as a rock. The pillows were so thin they were barely considered pillows. We had no refrigerator. The cabinet was empty, where the refrigerator used to be. The bathroom was important condition. The toilet was barely flushing. the faucet was extremely loose. The pool was closed while we were there for cleaning, but we never saw anyone actually cleaning it and as far as the breakfast goes, it’s a bagel and a waffle or a bowl of cereal were not...
