"Terrible stay. From the moment I entered my room, I found an ozone generator running, which made me cough and caused lung irritation throughout the day. These machines are too risky to have on when guests arrive and should never be used in occupied rooms, as they can be dangerous to people and animals. They switched my room, but the issues continued. On the second night, the fire alarm went off at 4:00 AM for about 10 minutes, then again from 5:00 AM to 5:38 AM. I didn’t get any sleep that...

"I loved staying here- clean facility and friendliest staff. Especially front desk. Male Hispanic was outstanding. Very courteous and professional. The only reason why I didnt give 5 stars is for the gym facility. It had a very strange odor and the tvs and a/c in there didn't work. Otherwise great hot tub and comfy rooms."

"To start, Tucker who was manning the front desk upon arrival, was welcoming, warm and friendly. He was extremely professional with the check in process. Had all our information and checked us in thoroughly and quickly. "I travel frequently for work and stay in many hotels! My genuine review: Very clean rooms, beds were actually comfortable, rooms are quiet! Staff was so-so, not bad, but not stellar. Location is amazing. Breakfast is literally top 3 for me the past few years in terms of hotels, legit was a solid perk on top of the amazing rooms. I travel to Chicago area often, and this is 99% my go to stay!"
