"I stayed only one night, needed clean and quiet room and that's what I got. It actually surpassed my expectations. Breakfast was good and satisfying, even at 10 when it supposed to close they were still bringing fresh food. Very happy with my stay."

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. We traveled as a family of 6, and from the beginning the experience was frustrating. Only one elevator was working during our stay, which made moving around the hotel very difficult and time consuming for a large family. The bedding situation was unacceptable. One bed had a blanket while the other bed only had a bedsheet. When we requested additional bedding, we were initially given only one...

"Replace cracked sinks and damaged toilets CLEAN the room!!! We found garbage on the floor, hair in the shower, and a big clump of nasty hair on the carpet beside the couch. One staff wouldn’t move out of the way for me to exit the elevator, I had to almost push my way out. Not impressed with this location at all. VERY disappointed!!!"

"Property should have guidelines about noise levels for guests after hours. Especially for people with noisy children. Sleep was sometimes difficult."

"The front desk staff were excellent and the room was very comfortable and well kept. The issues I had with the property were the cleaning staff who made noise cleaning the room next to me and waking me from my nap at 4:00 pm and the large groups of kids that were very noisy. The dining area needs to be more private and less of an open plan space. It is right in front in the lobby and near the front desk which makes the place busy and confusing. "The shuttle service from the airport wa disgraceful. I waited 50 minutes. I asked for a wake up call which I did not get. The shuttle does not go at convenient times in the morning. The shuttle vehicle I doubt would pass a road test. The driver took back roads and was nearly able to keep it straight. I would not recommend this property for airport travel."
