"Staff were amazing. Room was clean. Unfortunately when we went to get our car at 6am to go back home it was stolen."

"The dining area was extremely small, chaotic, and disorganized, people were fighting over the waffle station some towels were not clean at all. Plus exercise area was extremely small."

"My spouse and I stayed at this hotel during our vacation in Canada. We booked this property because the photos online looked very appealing, but unfortunately the actual condition of the hotel did not match our expectations. The biggest issue during our stay was the cleanliness of the room. It did not appear to have been properly checked or cleaned before our arrival. The microwave had greasy fingerprints all over it, and the refrigerator still contained a melted ice cream container left behind...

"The rooms were well equipped providing a home away from home. The breakfasts were tasty with good variety. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"Stayed here for 4 nights with a friend. The entire time the hotel was clean and we had no issues. We felt comfortable with the neighborhood the entire time as well. As two women traveling that was important for us. I would absolutely come back here if I am in Ontario again."

"Hotel is very clean, modern style, room is spacious with lots of outlets to plug in your devices, TV has youtube, netflix and other apps apart from the usual channels, pillows are great and the bed is comfortable. Has decent warm breakfast. The only thing is the pool, it was advertised as heated but was cold when we used it. The gym equipments are new. Will definitely come back here. Highly recommended 😇"

"Pros: - hotel staff lovely - rooms spacious - pool/hot tub well maintained - very clean, comfortable environment - black out curtins - ample outlets and lighting - extra pillow/blanket stored in the room Cons: - food staff attitude - beds are very uncomfortable - water pressure terrible - shower head is not removable - washroom is tiny - shampoo/ conditioner are awful bring your own - heating/cooling system is awful"

"I prepaid for my room, but the hotel almost denied my stay because I did not have a physical credit card for the $250 incidental deposit. I offered Apple Pay/contactless using the same credit card, debit card, and even a higher deposit, but they refused everything. Staff handled it poorly and put me at risk of being left without a room I had already paid for. I was only able to stay because another person provided a physical credit card. I was not carrying my physical card for security purpose...
