"Everything was fantastic. I had the chance to have dinner in the restaurant for three nights and I was extremely impressed! I was able to try three different entrees and they were fantastic. I sat at the bar and Dustin was my server. He was fantastic! Courteous, prompt, friendly, attentive and super nice guy. Pleasant second visit!!"

"Ants in the bathroom. Called for it be cleaned, came back many hours later, ants still there. Went to desk after returning, guy came and cleaned it. Went back in washroom, found 3 more ants. He came back to clean them, still found 1. Next morning, found 5 more. Oh, and the trash bins were stilly not clean when we first came, and the guy didn’t clean it after I asked him to. We should have been given a different room. We were given free breakfast, which was pretty good actually, but I wouldn’t stay here again."

"This property was a huge disappointment and not as described. We were placed in a basement unit despite booking what was advertised as a “premier house.” It’s not suitable for six guests. we were only five and still found it inadequate. Basic essentials were lacking: just two rolls of toilet paper for six days (the host was arguing with us that there was more even though we have picture proof there was two), towels smelled of mildew, and not enough sheets for the beds we requested. Amenities like laundry and ironing were shared with the upstairs unit, which was a disaster. We never got to use the washer / dryer bc it was occupied the entire time during our stay. Noise from upstairs began as early as 7 a.m., and even after asking them to be quieter, it continued. The property feels neglected and is currently for sale, with no urgency to make it comfortable. The host was responsive but often rude. While we were granted a partial refund and allowed to cancel after a few days, the conditions were unlivable for the full week. What’s worse, we raised concerns after reading a negative review written just a week before our stay. The host dismissed it as inaccurate, claiming the guest was upset about a refund. That was false our experience was identical to theirs. The photos do not reflect the actual basement unit. Overall, the stay was misleading, uncomfortable, and not worth the money. We would never stay here again and cannot recommend this property."
