"Stayed at the hotel for our honeymoon and it was an incredible experience. The view is simply breathtaking and the castle is extremely charming. Food (breakfast and diner) and wine at the restaurants are high quality, inspired and locally sourced, though expensive. Their Brunello is VERY good. "One other guest we meet called it the hotel from hell, which somes it up properly. A very strange vibe in this hotel a cross between a murder mystery hotel and a soviet area spa. The staff need to learn how to smile and serve it's customers properly, only the breakfast lady was great. Hotel difficult to get to required 10 km detour, wifi available but without internet access!!!! Had to pay 30 euros per person per day to access the pools. The on-site restaurant was horrible and staff useless....
