"We have been to many hotels, but have never been so welcomed! We got a tour of the beautiful property, the room and genuinely felt they were excited to have us.
We took advantage of the lovely outdoor seating areas, soaking in the ambience. The room was clean & comfortable, and met our needs.

There are some steps to climb, but not too much compared to a lot of the properties here, and it’s inevitable anyway. Perfect for a couple. Small but quaint and the view of the harbour cannot be beaten. Found this convenient to the village and would definitely use as a base again for Cinque Terre.
There are a number of stairs which you should be aware of if that is a problem for you but otherwise we enjoyed. Bathroom is very small like others have commented and water does get on floor but we didn’t mind as the pros definitely outweighed the cons. Would definitely stay in this...
"I had an excellent experience with all the staff, checking in and out. I also left something very valuable behind and they went WAY out of their way to make sure I got it back. Their honesty and kindness is priceless!
The location is great, just make sure you’re ready to trek up the steep hill with your luggage or pay for the luggage transport. The bed was pretty hard but that is typical in Europe/Italy. I would happily stay here again. "
