"I received an upgrade to a residential space which was phenomenal - apartment living. The restaurant and spa were wonderful. However, the premises offered very little outdoor space, with a very small lap pool that was underwhelming. On a separate note, housekeeping tossed out food I stored in the refrigerator and removed all of the mini bar snacks and drinks prior to my departure. I reached out to the front desk twice to inform them of this, but no one followed up on what happened. So, that was...

"I did a lot of research on where to stay. This hotel did not disappoint. From the moment I booked the hotel reached out and offered arrangements from the airport. Everything from airport pickup to dinner reservations was seamless. The hotel was even more beautiful in person. I would stay here again "

"This place is extremely good value for the price ! Housekeeping came to my room 2x a day to check on me. No pests, no bugs. The shower pressure feels like a deep massage, you have a bidet, room service, friendly receptionist! This place almost feels like a 5 star hotel lol. Warning: Remote workers? DO NOT DEPEND ON HOTEL WIFI. You need a good mobile hotspot, their WiFi connection is good but unstable. Plenty of great takeout food $5 a block away, $1 smoothies, it’s truly a small paradise....
