"This hotel was rather basic, but my room was great. The bed was very comfortable and it had a great view of the statehouse. Check out the great view of downtown from the gym which is on the top, 22nd floor. It was clear that the hotel seems to be in transition from its sale as a former Sheraton hotel to an independently owned hotel — so I noticed there were a few places in the hotel that were potentially being renovated. The hotel is centrally located downtown. I recommend parking in either of the Commons park garages — there are two of them, with the underground lot the closest to the hotel."

"Evening was great upon check in. The hotel provided everything that was listed except soundproofed rooms. We specially booked this hotel for that reason and were disappointed that was not what we received. We had an upstairs neighbor that made noise all through the night. When this was mentioned to the front desk, we were told that that it’s a tricky situation and the hotel was full. We will NOT rebook."

She helped me out greatly my first night when I locked myself out of my room and were very accommodating since they had to take me on short notice due to another hotel cancelling on me, the first day of Sonic Temple no less. Truly some life savers and the place felt so cozy and wonderful! 10/10 would recommend"
