"The hotel didn’t quite meet our expectations. We didn’t get off to the best start as there was a storm so there was a power cut, which we know couldn’t be helped. There was no running water for the first evening which meant we couldn’t wash/shower before dinner, there was then still no hot water the next morning. "location is excellent. staff was very helpful. breakfast needs improvement."

"Property is very clean and comfortable "

"Hard to find but entirely worth the effort. There's poor signage, and Google Maps puts you on a dead end street just south of the hotel. The staff says they are working on the problem. Remember the place is on the north side of the pedestrian mall and east of the Sonce restaurant. Get on Celjska cesta and drive past the Golf Apartments right into their parking garage."

"Property was completely overgrown and unprepared, pool was green from algae, rotten food in the fridge, "kitchen" completely messy, etc. etc."
