"Room was in poor shape. The shower drain was plugged and not cleaned in a long time causing it to overflow. The toilet seat and paper holder was broken. The TV cable was broken and would not connect to the cable service. We decided to cut our trip short and were not reimbursed the second night because of hotel policy. The weekend manager was indifferent to our experience and was not helpful at all, bordering on rude. Needless to say we will not stay at this hotel again."

"My visit to Holiday Inn facility has left an indelible mark on my mind and wish it was my permanent residence where these staff members also live with me. Clean room, nice parking lots and above all a healthy breakfast where you serve yourself and what baffles me was asked by Marsden if I needed more food, This was value for money. I need to make this emphatic statement that, I have really enjoyed the services of Messrs. Marsden and Arman at the front desk gave me. It was a top notch experience...

Didn’t like the fact that $150 was due upon arrival for incidentals and that it takes 4-5 business days to be removed from your credit card."

"This was a very disappointing 5 night stay.
The front desk team is not friendly. The maid service left a pile of laundry in my room and the front desk made me leave there and not the hallway because they were not in under 830am.
Best part of my stay was Jolanta and the rest of the restaurant team who are lovely.
I asked for the manager to call me and for 5 days, I guess was just too busy. I won't stay again."

"Problems with this place started at check in.
The desk agent "couldn't find my reservation", I had to pull up my Expedia confirmation to proceed. He didn't explain about their odd breakfast voucher system, luckily I heard another desk agent explaining it to the guest she was checking in. I've never before had to go to the desk every morning to get a breakfast voucher. He explained that that was how the hotel tracked the guest census. Don't they already know how many guests they have from their...
