"Clean, cozy, safe. Great place for a few nights. It didn’t bother us, but travelers should be aware a very loud train runs right next to the hotel. "

"The issue I ran into was brown water coming out of the faucets on the last day I was there. I was told that there was some kind of maintenance going on (no warning given to the guests) and that the water was fine, but I did not trust it. That issue should have been handled better."

"The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was pleasant. The breakfast was sufficient. The parking was plentiful and free. This is by no means a "fancy resort" but it served the purpose for the price. A good place to stay to access Manchester and surrounding areas. The trickiest part of our stay was getting out of the parking lot and navigating south on Second St."

"Room was very clean, quiet and secure. Great location and within walking distance. Was there for graduation from SNHU. Only downside was no mini fridge, no closet, and no onsite breakfast. Would stay there again"

"The breakfast was amazing.The front desk staff were amazing, and gave us the extra pillows we requested. The the housekeeping staff was surley and refused to clean our room when asked. The bed was okay not super comfortable but not super uncomfortable either. The worst thing was that they have no water pressure in the shower, like zero."

"Well maintained rooms, pool and grounds. The front desk and housekeeping staff are great and very helpful! The breakfast was great and the food was hot. Please expand the pantry offerings and keep it stocked that was also great!"

"The staff were disorganized and rude. They communicated with me poorly and did not take any accountability for their mistakes and disorganization. The staff did not apologize for the inconvenience and denied to accommodate my husband and I in anyway. I felt disrespected and dismissed as a guest. "

"They overbooked the hotel and gave my sisters room away for her second day. Her room also had water damage over the bed. She was told just to pull the bed out if it started leaking. Our room smelled of mildew when we entered with condensation on the inside of the window. The tv would randomly turn itself off or the channels wouldn’t come on. For breakfast it wasn’t very good either, not having everything it stated it would have. I had to get my own plates and bowls out the cabinet when they ran...

"Small stain in floor. Shower/toilet door opens by sink and is a pain when you have multiple people. No breakfast was offered. Had to pay!! "

"Nice hotel with very friendly staff. The free breakfast was good and plentiful. Stayed here for one night so not much else to say. There aren't any food options near by, so if you don't have a car, that may be an issue for you. However, the hotel itself is great."

"Breakfast was good, and the area was decent, though there wasn’t much going on nearby. The staff was friendly and generally helpful throughout our stay. However, housekeeping did not come to change the towels, replace the toilet paper, or make the beds. Overall, it was still a nice experience. We had to leave a day early, and the staff handled the change without any issues."
