"I had a fantastic experience with Public. Air Canada went on strike and only a few us arrived. We booked a suite and they accommodated us to a smaller room and refunded us for the bigger one. Unfortunately the first night, there were a couple fighting the room right next to us. And we told the hotel, they upgraded us to a nicer room the next day and also compensated us for the night before. And I had to stay one extra night and they just let me stay in the same room for a basic room price....

"We had a fantastic time in NYC. The hotel was in the financial district and right off the 1 line (metro). It was very convenient for travelling all across the city. Tribeca Hotel FiDi was also close to everything, from great places to eat, shop and so close to the Oculus and World Trade Center. The accommodations were great and staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here."

"The staff at The Chelsea was fantastic. I needed first floor accommodations but at the time of my reservation the first floor was being renovated and unavailable. To my surprise, the information that was sent to me the night before my stay, included my first-floor request. Wilma saw that when the first floor was available, she immediately fulfilled that request. This is my second stay at The Chelsea Inn. I would highly recommend staying here. A delightful experience. Thank you."

"The hotel is in my favorite part of Manhattan. There's nice, quiet streets off of Amsterdam, which is full of restaurants, shops, bars, and more. I love the proximity to Central Park as well. The hotel itself is comfortable, clean, and has a wonderful staff. "
