"Nice location. Most of amenities were new and convenient. However, there is a staff member who was not much helpful. He was not rude, nor willing to be helpful (we checked is 5/27/26 @ 4:41 pm, just in case who was at the front desk). He gave us only one key card even after I asked 2nd one. But, we were given 2 key cards when we switched the room on the next day. The first room had a strong muddy smell from the bathroom, so we had to switch the room. Las fotos del lugar no corresponde a la realidad, el cuarto donde estuvimos era muy viejo, olía muchísimo a humedad, las cortinas no servían y no podamos subirlas, estaba obscuro todo el cuarto, tenía muy poca luz, el sofá cama estaba muy incómodo, un día no hicieron el aseo del cuarto y no dieron ninguna explicación, también quisimos pagar una parte en efectivo y no lo aceptaron."

"Great location, super friendly staff, house keeping was fantastic and rooms were very clean. My only complaint of the room is that our shower door didn’t close all the way, so water did go all over the floor but easy clean up. There is no reason to charge a resort fee just because you can. Bar was cute and good drinks but not all bartenders were friendly. The elevators were very slow and during our stay, 3 of the 4 elevators were not working correctly. Overall great location and great stay."
