"On checking in for the 3 nights were we advised there was no parking available & had to park at the convention center (high cost); disappointing being you can't book a car park so it's first come basis. Not what I paid for. Found the staff short & poor communicators. Would not stay again."

"The property was modern and clean, value for money."

"Clean room, staff were friendly. Easy parking."

"Mostly ok extra lounge chair would have helped, I know it’s tight area where the table was, for the price it shouldn’t go up without another chair."

"Nice room in a quiet location"

"I got a room facing Newcastle st, which I found a bit noisy. The apartment is spacious and have washer/dryer but most importantly a French patisserie and coffee shop 20m from hotel."
