"Nice location. close driving distance to shopping centre , friendly staff members, very clean rooms easily assessable ,only down side was noisy aircon unit had to turn off ,also shower screen leaked like a sieve water all over the floor , and for a 4 star hotel when you pay the big Bickie to stay there they dont supply you with the essential Bickies, also no plain black tea , you get that supplied at the lowest star hotels ."

"Upon arrival we were greeted very warmly at the reception. The cottage was very clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed. Huge bed, spa bath, kitchenette and a verandah with the most amazing view. Ample parking on site. Location was great, close the everything...resturants, tourist spots and national parks."

"We are a couple who stayed in the Benoa room for 1 night and we had an excellent stay. The place was easy to find super easy check in and our room/villa was fantastic. The view is beautiful and to be able to see the lake is very special it’s very recharging and quiet. The room had a full kitchen with everything you need, good bathroom with a double shower, large & comfortable bed and the 2 person spa bath. Would definitely recommend.
