"Very friendly staff, Lovely and clean rooms. Breakfast was excellent you have a choice of 2 sittings. There is a fan in the room if it gets too hot, Coffee, tea, biscuits and bottle water also provided. I would definitely stay here again. Its 5 minutes walk from North shore train station. Excellent location. "

"We was a family of four staying at the hotel the staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us ,the room was spacious and very clean the bathroom was enormous we had a a full English breakfast which was cooked to perfection so would definitely recommend this hotel "

"This is not a chain hotel...why would you want one? Where is the charm of living as the locals do? This place has that charm. This is a small business run by a very loving family. This is the authentic Blackpool experience. I have rarely seen people this welcoming and kind. Everyone was incredibly attentive and they went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. The breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed every moment of my interaction with the family that runs it. Highly recommended. "

"As it was an over 50’s Hotel it really was excellent for the price, the manager and the staff we met could not do enough for you, nothing was to much to ask, the breakfast was lovely and well prepared, coffee and tea really hot. My wife was in a wheelchair so we where given a ground level room with access through the back with zero stairs."

"Staff were particularly helpful and pleasant not to mention very efficient. Abi was the very best example of a staff member who did everything to ake our short stay enjoyable. The shower in room 11 needs attention as does the loose toilet seat, otherwise impeccable."
