"The dining options are limited, and the restaurant had a limited selection.
However, the location was ideal for touring the area with a river view.
The room and bath were a bit dated, needs a little upgrading but we well maintained."

"This hotel was beautiful! Everyone who works there was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet. Breakfast was delicious and made special by the surroundings of the dining room.
We could easily walk to shops, markets, and the ferry port, but after one outing decided it's probably best to stay in after dark."

"The location is good and it's a charming building inside. The rooms are colorful and pleasantly decorated. Do keep in mind there are winding staircases to get to the rooms. It could be two if you're on the upper floor.
Bathrooms were problematic--they were having problems with the water heater and on our last day we were partly without water. Hopefully fixed by now. There is someone at the reception desk only from 8 lam to 2 pm. The rest of the time you're on your own. It was fine for a...

"I booked this hotel because was a Holiday Inn, had a pool, fitness center and the photos were lovely. However, This was a horrible stay. The pictures must have been stick photos because they did not accurately describe this place. We left after one night and took a loss on the booking. The rooms were old and the whole place had a gross vibe. I was excited for the pool but the floor it was on was being renovated and there was an awful noxious toxic smell so bad I had to leave. I asked the desk if...

"Me gustó la ubicación, queda cerca de todo, a la habitación le faltaba una limpieza profunda. Además de que el personal de la recepción sea más amable y empático, un joven que parecía venezolano, piden garantía por tanto toman nota de la TC, un día antes de retirarme le pido que tenga a mano para la destrucción que yo misma lo haría, de mala manera me responde que ellos se encargarían de eso, volví a insistir y con cara de pocos amigos aceptaron.
