"The initial communication from the host was good and a late check-in service was provided. I could give a five star review if a correct reserved room was provided. We booked a large room for a family of 4. However an attic room for 2 persons (only have one bed) was provided. It's too late, unable to contact the host to make a change."

"It was very inconvenient to get to the hotel because cars couldn’t get there being very narrow with the road. Reception was excellent, the room was very spacious. The shower was weak. The worst was the breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The hard boiled eggs were cold, taken out of the freezer and 2-3 days old where the yolks were very dark green. Yuck. All the pastries and pound cakes were not fresh and hard. Nothing is fresh and they charge you for the juices. Bad experience....

"We really enjoyed Hotel Corso, the location was perfect and we walked all over the city. Ruben at the front desk was awesome! He helped us with everything we needed and recommended some wonderful restaurants in the area over our trip, in particular, Osteria Del Teatro! "This B&B is an absolute gem! Just outside the city walls on the tufa rock the views from the breakfast terrace as well as from some of the rooms are wonderful. You’ll reach the Porta Romana on foot within 5min to explore the historic city. "Excellent location facing the lake. Love the old charming characters of the entire building from the lobby to the room and hallways. Biggest and heaviest keychain as well as an old style safe key are rare seen nowadays. One night unplanned stay from a pit stop became our favorite. Highly recommended!"
