"The computer system had crashed and we were unable to check in for over 2 hours. The in- house rules meant we could not leave luggage in secure place and we had no access to the room because of the above. The lack of secure luggage store is a weakness which needs addressing ( as well as a hard copy version of the room allocations which would allow reception to check guests in)..... Bad experience for our last night in Edinburgh - a pity."

"Good value accommodation. Very basic - so no kettle in room, no shampoo etc - but you get what you pay for. Breakfast was great - although it wasn't clear where things where. I fancied cereal, but couldn't see it until I was leaving. But all well worth it for the money. Would stay again."
