"Excellent position in the west end of London, Piccadilly Circus station close by for access to all areas. Walking distance of Trafalgar Square, household calvery, Leicester Square and the national galleries. Walking distance to regents and Oxford Street for shopping. Hotel staff friendly and approachable. I arrived early and was able to check in, there was a charge but it was reasonable. "The whole first floor where we stayed smelled like mildew and cigarette smoke. There were broken showers, and the showers that weren’t broken had intermittent hot water… you didn’t know if you would have hot water for your shower, and if you did, it would sometimes run out part way through and leave you finishing cold. The bathrooms also regularly had no toilet paper."
