"Wir hatten zwei Nächte im Revolver gebucht. Bei Anreise (immerhin nach 16 Uhr) war das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Wir mussten erstmal darauf hinweisen. Der Kollege an der Rezeption/ Bar hat sich gleich gekümmert (er kann sicher am wenigsten dafür) und auf Nachfrage haben wir zumindest mal ein Freigetränk für die Wartezeit bekommen. Das war aber auch das einzig Positive. Der Müll wurde geleert, die benutzen Handtücher kamen weg. Ob das Bett wirklich frisch bezogen wurde kann man nur mutmaßen, so...

"Room 103 tv channels weren't appearing went to reception n was offered an alternative which worked ok yes its noisy but its expected there was also ear plugs which was nice of them ordered room service via the TV to be told that it doesn't communicate to them great price very good location n excellent staff can't fault it"

"Lovely twin room, very clean and comfortable. The communal kitchen and lounge were well equipped and a great addition. The staff were helpful and answered any questions I had. We would stay here again if we visited in future."
