"Overall, this was a nice, clean hotel. It was about what you would expect in this price point. The one area that could’ve been improved was that the pillows and beds were not overly comfortable, as they tended to be too soft/saggy and the televisions were dated. The staff was incredibly nice and very helpful, however. I would return to this hotel if I were in the area again."

"Hotel is nice, was told hot tub wasn’t working also told there would be a $25 fee that would be refunded when we check out. Received and refunded back $16 of that $25 and it was because I used Expedia to book the hotel (3rd party) that was never disclosed to me at the time of check in. They called it a “service fee”. It’s not a lot of money but the principal that they withhold money when at the time you’re told you’ll be refunded in full, when you are not, might be a dealbreaker for some...

"Room was very nice with new amenities. We had a Mountain View room which puts you on the freeway side of the building. I was surprised by the amount of traffic noise in the room but it wasn’t bad enough to make me want to leave! The rest of the property was very nice and clean. Signage was a little confusing both coming in and leaving but we made it nevertheless. For the price I thought it was well worth it."

"Forget the kitchen. Worthless as there were no utensils. Either you bring your own everything or they sell you plates, etc. Microwave was located very low; like a few feet from the floor. Difficult to use. No dishwasher. Poor lighting; one dim lamp or very bright overhead lights. That's the choice. Bathroom was fine. Room was clean."

"Room was clean and decent. Bed was comfortable, staff was pleasant at check-in, no other interactions with them. Parking is a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle and the lot tends to fill up fast due to the steak house restaurant that is right there as well."

"We arrived and waited at the property for 30 minutes before someone arrived at the window after calling and ringing the bell. The lady proceeeded to take my deposit and give me a key. I walked over to the room and when I opened the door the room was trashed. Beer cans, unmade beds and bloody towels. Just gross. We did not stay, we were told to get our monies back and the deposit would be returned. So on the holiday weekend, in the night had to go find a hotel and am still fighting for mu.mknies...

"Good things about this property - the room is clean and the breakfast is adequate. What needs to be improved: 1) the water filling station is only available in the tiny sweat-infiltrated gym 2) there’s no fan in the bathroom so it can get damp after a shower and smelly after number 2 3) it might be just our bad luck, there were guest still running down and talking loudly in the halls up to 1am, the doors are also very loud (we are not sensitive to noise in general)"

The property appears to be part of a truck stop in an industrial/commercial part of town far from walkable shops. The hvac system vented on the roof below my window made significant mechanical hum in the room. "The value of the hotel is way more than my expectations! Spacious and clean . Complimentary drinks and soups, breakfast included . Great location by Columbia river. Difinitly return and highly recommend it"
