"It is a poorly maintained, tired building. It is in a good albeit noisy area. The staff did their job which really does not require interaction. It's a room that was warm and dry. Not more."

"The room was functional. The people were very nice. It had typical three star amenities. The physical plant was a bit tired and beat up. The location was terrific. Grocery stores , gas stations , restaurants , all within walking distance."

"The front desk people are incredibly friendly and helpful. Shopping and food nearby. The hot water is great. Laundry at the facility is incredibly too expensive,otherwise not a bad place to get some quiet sleep."

"They advertised a pool and hot tub and bith were closed. There wasn't any way ti know that they were ubder construction. Half of the property was covered in plastic."

"Clean hotel, convenient parking. Clean room, clean bathroom,strong WiFi, convenient location next to 205 Freeway. 10min from Portland International Airport. Food stores around. Old TV."

"No designated pet area. Looked like people were “living” there. Staff was friendly. Cash deposit was kinda sketchy. But did get it back at check out. Not the best place but worked for what we needed. A place to sleep and shower. "

"We were just passing through and this place looked perfect. When we were walking to our room we really enjoyed the nature sounds in the halls. The log features were beautiful. Very cozy place. Wish we could have stayed another night, or two. "

"MyPlace was much nicer than I expected from an affordable hotel next to a shopping mall. It was great having a kitchen, the beds were comfortable, it was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly and professional. I was super happy with my choice. The only improvement I'd recommend would be smart TVs. Basic cable and all the commercials is annoying when you have streaming subscriptions you'd rather watch on a large screen. "

"Shady staff. Refused to give receipt and charge extra for people in room apparently 2 to a room and 2 beds is still an extra charge. Avoid at all cost. Expedia you should end your relationship with the palms , they are terrible. "

"The rooms aren’t cleaned very well. And no one is at the front desk after 9pm till morning so make sure your keys work. Other then that it’s fine."

"Beautiful location. Very new and clean. But LOUD!! Could hear every footfall and conversation. Hard to sleep : (. Also no early buffet breakfast on weekends tho staff said there was! "

"Property seems like a hang out for homeless and others you wouldn’t want your kids around. Smelled of canibus. "

"The Hotel got an issue probably fire or so, huge part of the building was smelling terrible and a lot toxic air inside de hall, and rooms! My room was affected, I was out for work and nobody notified me at all, I realized that significant part of the hotel was closed and "all" people were relocated in a different rooms until the next day morning when i ask about the internet and complain about the terrible smell!! On top of that, Teresa which is the front desk manager scolded me for not being at...

"The room was really nice clean and cozy. The only thing that I did not like is, I have to wait for my car. Wish they had self parking."
